My role was to manage the Family Referral Service, a program that assists families who do not meet the statutory threshold for child protection but would benefit from assistance to prevent the situation from escalating. This included managing the contractual requirements and budget, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of the program.
